Welcome Event

Ceremonial prelude

Commissioned by the executive committee of the University of Hamburg, Universität Hamburg Marketing GmbH organizes a ceremonial welcome event for entering students at the beginning of every winter semester. New students are welcomed by the president of the University, as well as a guest speaker.

Information and networking

At the end of the event everybody is invited for a glass of champagne in the lobby of the Audimax. Students can make initial contacts here, learn about various University groups at the information stands and pick up their welcome bags.
